I'm still waiting on Strat to create the specific player pool for this League. It'll be in the Shuffles List and be called ANDY'S 80m POSTWAR Franchise League.
If you want to play around with your roster until the pool is created, just create a team with the ATG9 ALL grouping, then switch it to the Special Pool when it is created. I'll keep an eye out and let you know when it's up.

Pretty easy setup here, 80m cap, DH.
You can use any pitcher, Hitters are limited to 7.5m EXCEPT for one High Dollar Hitter of your choice.

The Pirates, Phillies, Red Sox, Sens/Twins are ROTATED OUT this season. If there is a player on one of those rosters who played for your franchise at any point, you can add them to your AUTODRAFT CARD.

After AUTODRAFT Runs, ANY PLAYER on the FA list who played for your Franchise is eligible for you to grab in Waivers.

Each player of any consequence who is carded to more than one team is ASSIGNED to one specific roster. Be sure you don't grab someone else's property in the AUTODRAFT.

As I said, in the meantime, you can create your team with the regular ATG All Eras, then CHANGE Player Set to the select Pool.

If you've already worked on putting a team together, go back and check rosters again. I like this concept, with us being forced to use some different cards than we usually use.

I do, however, want us to have a chance to put together decent rosters. I HAVE MADE A FEW ADDITIONS TO MAKE SURE EACH FRANCHISE starts out with a SP under 1m, a Catcher under 1m, and enough scrubs to create a cheap bench. You may want to make yourself aware of the additions.
