I also was stunned at something else I did:
I just REALLY read the rules; and the part about when a player ends up on
another teams roster, whoever paid the most to the player claims him...
I've chosen the Cubs.
Navigating this site is nothing compared to that.

Remind me - stadium restricted to your franchise, or any stadium?

I don't think the Phillies/Mets combo will be good, but I've been stuck in a rut with the same teams so figured I'd try a couple new ones. We will have some mid-level SPs (Gooden, Schilling, Harvey) and mid-level OFs (Strawberry, Gilkey, Ashburn) available for trade, in search of hitting at just about every position except 3b.

One other note - ouch - I use Diamonddope to search franchises, and Roberto Alomar's top card is listed as NYMets in Diamonddope, but when I go into TSN it's an Indians card. That hurts.
