Dual Franchise League 29

This is the 29th season of the dual franchise league. This League is using the ATG POST WWII CARD SET. Salary cap is 145 million, 5% DROP; we will NOT be using a designated hitter, no waivers. You MUST have a players card on one of your franchises in order to use him on your roster, unless you acquire a player via trade.

Each manager must pick 1 team from each column below. . A manager has exclusive rights to players on his roster; if a player is on more than one roster, he belongs to the team where his salary is highest. We are using a serpentine draft, so each manager picks one team first and then we reverse the order. List of teams will be posted below. Please sign up using the cut and paste method. Official draft order will follow. This is a slightly different way than we have drafted in the past, I have moved both the Astros and Expos to the original column and moved the 2 teams that were not picked; the White Sox and Orioles to the expansion column.
Because we have no DH , unlimited trading will be allowed. However ALL trades must occur after your team has been created. This will allow all of us to follow the various trades. You can agree to a trade while the draft is still going on, but you must draft the player you have rights to and then trade him after the team rosters are created by Strat.

Let me repeat that again because managers have ignored this rule in the past. ALL TRADES MUST BE MADE AFTER STRAT HAS CREATED THE LEAGUE; YOU MUST DRAFT AND THEN TRADE A PLAYER EVEN IF YOU AGREED TO A TRADE WHILE OUR DRAFT IS STILL RUNNING.

I apologize to all for again changing the format; but after posting last night I later on realized there was a major flaw in that format; so I am returning to the way we have been drafting in the past with the exception of moving the Astros, Expos, WS and O's.

Looks like at least 11 are returning; I haven't heard from MR BB WORLD yet????

Not trying to rush things, but we can begin drafting at anytime now. Denorien has replaced Mr BB in the draft order ( he is a bit busy right now).

Also, one other matter involving trades; once you trade a player away you have relinquished all rights to that player. So in other words if you trade a player and later the other team drops that player you CANNOT pick him up from the free agent pool.
