And a very rare feat occurred in game 2 of the playoffs last night; Albert Puljos went 5 for 5 with 5 Homeruns !!!!
(Strat was not impressed however as their headlines read; 'Javy Lopez hits 2 HRs in loss to Redbirds')

INCREDIBLE! Albert may be expendable in this league with no DH and some guy named McGwire wanting playing time.
Strat's pathetic headline grabbers never cease to amaze me however, and often for the LOSING team.

Actually, he tried to come to my office, this morning. I don't know what he wanted; I had my secretary throw him out.

Umm, he's available for a trade. I'll probably take just about anything.

Remember you need not spend countless hours putting a team together; since you own the rights to certain players you only need to pick 24 players and enter your team, you can make adjustments in preseason, it would be great if everyone could get in by sometime tomorrow and then we will have a good 5 days to make trades and adjust rosters etc.

Since the league didn't fill Tuesday night, I pulled my team out so that I can tweak it a little on Wednesday. I just don't see the point of having my team sit in the league all day and most of the evening until the frenzy starts at 11 P.M. Eastern time.

No need to keep checking all day to see if my team joined the league fellas. I'll enter it in the league in the last hour before the frenzy. Hopefully the league will fill Wednesday night.

If it fails to Wednesday night, I'll pull it out again for most of the day Thursday and will enter it again in the last hour before the frenzy.

I may do the same but will be back in so don't panic if the "waiting for X teams" changes. Hopefully the ones who haven't entered at all get in today. Im online pretty much all day, and later, tinkering with this team may
be a way to pass some time, but I'll be back in before deadline.
