Yeah, I think we've had *some* back luck so far. The bphrs are ugly and when you're -6 in on run games, that's never a sign that the dice are being kind to you. Plenty of time to even those numbers out however. We have been much luckier in bpsi than our opponents so that's one way things have gone our way.

One thing that I'd like to point out, the Killers continue to make moves and I get it when you're stuggling, but you're now almost 4 mil under the cap. It's really hard to be competitive when you leave 4 mil on the table. You're better off tweaking your lineup and your setting, maybe making a couple of small moves rather than leaving yourself so short in terms of $$$

Ok, some more (I think) interesting SOM weirdness. So, from the night of 12/18 on, I have lost 6 of 8 series, including six in a row. But, THAT'S not the weird part What's weird is that we either tied or outscored the opponent in four of the series we lost and were outscored in the 2 we won! Weird.

As you might have guessed, there were quite a few one run games, exactly half of the games played since then (12) were one runners, we have lost 8 and won 4. Three of our four one run wins came in the last two series (which we won).

Not a lot of chat lately. As for us, we've been a bit up and down. At least our one run record has stabilized near .500. We seem to have trouble winning series from the teams with the lower records which is odd.

Speaking of one run records, Holy Crud, how do you go 3-22 in one run games???? The Killers are an amazing -19. I don't think I've ever seen a team that unlucky. That also explains why all the other teams in the West are at least +7. They Cynics have come back to Earth and are tied for the best record with the Badgers, but they are the converse of the Froggys with a 16-8 one run and 9-1 in extras! Yeesh. Winning Inc has also been phenomenal with 15-8 and 8-0. Yep, NO ONE has bested J-Pav in extras in this league. Continuing in the West, Epic is 23-16 and 9-3. The only other team that is significant to me is he Froggys who have also had some tough luck, they are 13-21 (that's a lot of one runners) and 1-9 in extras. Ouch.

One thing that is interesting to note, The Froggies are only -2 from the pythag and the Killers are only -4 yeah, four games is a lot, but I would expect a bigger gap.

Well, we've cleared the halfway point when it gets more expensive to do moves so I may try to get some league ratings in and post them here. It will be interesting I think.
