The pool for the 12th team to draft will be missing about 264 players from the 11 teams that filled their rosters first. If you have a couple recent teams that played at the $140 cap, check the free agent pool in those leagues to get an idea of what you will face. Your draft pool will be 24 players richer than the leftovers from a full league. I looked at a few like that. Picking late in this series will be a ton better than than it was four or five years ago. Even the pitching is acceptable. That used to be a real weak spot for 10-11-12.

Drafted players will not be in the player pool. They will be on the rosters of teams that have already picked.

You will be able to go to the Roster Chart if you want to see who's been picked, or you can look on the Transactions List.

What's really happening is, you are creating a team off the Free Agent List. Any player that has been drafted earlier by another manager simply won't appear in the Free Agent List. After you see how it works one time, you'll understand.

Guys, I don't care whether we do Random or Structured. The last time I did this, it was Structured. I think maybe I'd rather try random. Yeah, that's my vote. Random.

The votes I can find are:
Structured -- Goreds54, Treyomo, pacoboy, Musial6, unclerowser
Random -- chunga1, emart, N Texas, Crapgame, andy, FB
Waffling -- nomadbrad

Brad abstained, forcing me to cast the deciding vote. Coin flip came up random. If people want to take a day to debate the division question, that's fine by me and we can see if anyone wants to change their vote. In the meantime, I will create a new league called Dream It, Build It - 1R with random divisions, password also: third base

If there is no more debate and/or no one changes their vote, as soon as everyone has a team in the league ($140, Live Draft) I will notify Strat to move us into preseason and Mr. Goreds can get us started.

Thank you all.

We are halfway to full. Goreds, please remove your team from league 1 and reenter it in 1R. Then we will be at seven.

I told Strat we should be a go this evening or tomorrow.

Thanks, guys.

It's helpful to know which draft position each team has and indicate that in the name. For instance, add #1 at the end of team name.

Thats the way we did it in the previous incarnation of this concept.
