Shouldn't the first draft team, etc. post their roster here so subsequent teams do not draft those players?

If I read Frank's email, there won't be a need to post here, because Team 1 will add players and finish before team 2 can start adding players

I'm going to say random, but I absolutely do not care either way.

The only problem with structured is that we must enter the league by divisions. I really don't want to be assigned to the west then have to wait for 8 managers to fill the East and Central. If someone goes awol then several managers would be in limbo until a replacement manager is found.

That's the way it works. The player pool contains all available players at the time you draft your team. It sounds odd but it works.

One of the elements I like about the random approach is that once you are placed in a division by HAL, you may need to make adjustments because of the strengths of the teams that landed in your division.

The biggest difference from the last of these leagues in 2015 is that the player pool is so much larger now, particularly with stud RP only guys. I suspect with the cap at this level the teams will have a much better chance of success regardless of draft position.

So even as the 12th team to draft the entire player pool is available to me?
