1) Prospects are defined as any player signed by a MLB team who has not appeared in a MLB game.
2) Teams may have a total of 10 prospects.
5) Prospects who are cut will go to the Free Agent Pool if they have played in the MLB; those who have not are eligible to be drafted as prospects again and receive a new 2 year window.

Some rules pertinent to our draft. #5 simply means you can draft a prospect that was recently cut (as long as he still has not played in a MLB game)

Clarification request: Is the rule that must not have had a MLB appearance prior to start of the season? Taken literally the rule would have a different result I think. I am sure there are some "prospects" under that definition which have had a MLB AB this year already. Just want to make sure, though I think I know the answer...

must not have had an AB prior to the start of our FA draft which begun before this season.

So they must not have had an AB prior to the 2019 season.

probably should have started the Prospect Draft at about round 7 of the FA draft but it slipped my mind....

Alex Kirilloff OF MIN..don't see his name on prospect list..I actually was expecting his name to be on list.
