The Accents complete their "Dark Horse" playoff run and squeak into the POs winning the tie-breaker over Semper's red hot squad, who also lost the Divisional tie-breaker to Stoney.

The Accents went 39-19 their last 58 games. Changes made early primarily on the Pitching side is what I think made the difference. No way I make the run w/o those changes.

Congrats to all the POs teams and GL.

My guys were fortunate to come out on top of the "ahem" division. Now we have to face the Pet Rocks - where I am 1-5 in their park. I need my staff to up their game.

It's usually those "Ahem" Division teams that will it all.

My team is probably not as good as it's record, and playoffs are always a ????---if you look a run differential Stoney is by far the best team.

Congrats to the PO teams. Jeep, you had a big hill to climb, but climb it you did. Your hot streak coincided with both our squad and KLX's slumping. As I said "The other three will need to get very hot." Which you did.

We went from one game out of a playoff spot to 7 out of the WC a drop of 11 games to the eventual WC team. All in span of 33 games and we'll be playing in the East. I guess if you're not going to make the playoffs you might as well get a decent draft spot.

KLX went from one game up on Stoney and five on Jeep to 2 out of the WC spot. He went 4-10 and 8-16, including two sweeps to Semper, to close out the season.

Eh, it happens. On to the next NLD.

LOL. Don't know much about being Canadian except for what I learned from Bob and Doug, the song "Welcome to Canada" and listening to hockey players talk. ;)

I think I should stick with being American eh?

Now that Season 50 is history, (for most of us anyway), how about this awesome list for Season 51:
- Ichiro
- Randy Johnson
- Trevor Hoffman
- Bernie Williams
- Willie McGee

And just for good measure, (from another sport), Dick Butkus.
