That was a "for hitters only" series against JTJ. You'd think a 13-0 lead after three would be safe - but we were getting worried after 5 in the first game. Then a 10-1 lead almost disappeared in the next game. Joe finally decided to use some pitchers in the final game and Wright was blasted - again.

Hey Guys,

out of town for the past couple of days so, while I was watching my team, didn't have time to comment.

Yeah, Spider that was quite a series. Wish we could have won one more but....

As for us, I was surprised to see, after losing 3 of the last 4 series I had somehow gained first place with a sub .500 record! I guess it helps when two of the teams in your division go on 2-8 skids.

Seems unlikely that the WC will come from the Central.

At least for the next three series we're back in the division so *someone* has to win. Hopefully it will be us! 8-)

Wow, a very tough series for Jeep last night.

We won all three games by a run, two in extras and one in the bottom of the 9th.

There were three BS in the series (2 by me, one by Jeep).

Game 1 went 14 where we won it with the help of a LFx (1-6) and a bases loaded bpsi 1-9. Both teams left guys on multiple times in the late innings and extras.

Game 2 we trailed 2-0 going to the bottom of the 9th and scored three to win it. There must be a super advanced rule that makes a GBB like a "decide" on the X-chart because somehow we got a FC where Gordon was safe at home and Jansen was safe at 1st. Anway we got a double from Melky and then Williamson PH against Avilan and singled for the win. The newly acquired Avilan was on the mound at the end of the first two games.

Game 3 We blow a 5-3 lead in the 9th where *our* cheap LHRP Claudio game up a hit to his PH Canha. Luckily for me, we got out of it and then got a 2 out single from Gamel and a double from Granderson (Just miss a HR resulting in a 1-14 at the plate) for the win.

Sorry Jeep, I've been on the other side and it stinks.

Wow, got some breaks against Doug tonight. Maeda throws a 2 hitter facing 5 LHB, we shell Kluber in the first, and, well, Buehler throws a complete game which isn't too surprising because he's pretty good, but still, getting 3 CGs in one series is hard to do.
