From what I understand McNeil is not eligible to be drafted because he hasn't played in the Major Leagues in 2017 or earlier. They don't need a card they just needed to play in a game with a AB or inning pitched. McNeil has no stats before 2018.

McNeil is eligible. Anyone who has an appearance (PA or pitch thrown) 2018 or before can be drafted.
Current season applies to 2019...not 2018.

So the current season is 2019? I really don't think that is the way it was set up but I am good with that. If you are correct I pick Framil Reyes OF SD. If I am correct I pick Matt Straham SP SD. Fred I do believe I am correct here. I have talked to others before about this rule. Its keeps many ineligible to be drafted. I am good either way but I wont be able to draft again until late Thursday and don't want to hold up the draft.
