Funny, I hadn't given that much thought since it would be for bragging rights only.

If anyone wins more than one championship, that will decide it. But if three different managers each win a season? Total number of wins?

Any ideas guys?

I suggest that it would only be between the teams who won a championship. If you don't win a championship you can't win the tournament.
