I just realized that we will have an issue when it comes to free agent player selection. Since we will have no selection conflicts during autodraft, the waiver order will be arbitrary by HAL.

I would prefer to avoid a frenzy unless everyone is OK with it (either immediately following the draft or following waivers). We could:

1. Do another randomizer for waiver position

2. Continue the live draft for three more rounds and each player selects a free agent each turn

3. Go with the HAL waiver order

Please comment (or vote) and I'm open to other suggestions.

I suggest the randomizer. Or reverse the waiver order. I think if the teams picking letters early also get the first picks in the first and third round of waivers its too much of an advantage. And as far as Hal deciding, while I don't think anyone in this group would intentionally manipulate the waiver draft, just one mistake on your AD card gets you first pick in waivers. We could avoid that possibility with a randomizer.
