I get the impression that some folks like to draft....
how about a new keeper league
initial draft of 30 players....
then after season one cut 18 keep 12....draft in reverse order of records.....back to roster of thirty....
next spring do the same thing.....
so basically two drafts of 18 rounds a year.....
no prospects
anyone who has ever appeared on roster would be a legal pick....
I think in theory it will be hard to build a dynasty and thus keep folks interested in the league....
I was in a league with a couple of poor drafters and in the course of 2 years they built woeful teams then quit and it was hard to find folks to take those dogs.....
We could draft 12 now and the other 18 when cards come out in Feb/March....
