I am ok with your decision. I just find it crazy that we are in this position. Think about it, if any one of us were in the middle of a draft and we decided not to participate at some point for multiple days/weeks and ignored all emails, texts etc. what would be your expectation? Would you expect the league to say "oh there you are, welcome its your pick" or would you expect that you had been replaced? Just sayin...

I feel bad for barnacle if he's still dealing with the family illness. It affects some folks stronger than others.

Looking ahead to the prospect draft, the rules say after 2 years I have to fish or cut bait with whoever I add this spring (so after the 2020 seasons). Rules also say prospects can be traded.

My question is, if a prospect is traded between this year's spring draft and the end of the 2020 seasons, does the 2 years start over for the team receiving the prospect?
