Your draft administration team has been hard at work firming up its protocols, and has settled on a convention for handling missed picks. The question at hand was knowing where to place the owner in the draft order the following day.

Here’s the rule.

If an owner hasn’t picked/proxied by 10 PM Eastern he will be placed last in the queue for the following round. He can of course fill the open slot from the round just concluded later with any available qualifying card.

However, if an owner picks after the deadline but before 10 Am Eastern the next day, he can adjust the queue on the thread to regain his proper place.
