The luck in one run games can't last. Having said that this team is almost very good. Missed to many SP in the draft.

IDK Smokey, I've seen times do it. You're still plus 10....

the thing with $100 mil leagues is that most of the teams *are* very good, it comes down to winning close games and getting a few breaks I think. At least I've always felt that $100 mil the teams are all pretty much good and they tend to knock each other around. Probably one of the reasons my team has been so streaky.

Aaron Sanchez got pulled in game 70 last night going into the top of the 7th, while throwing a no-hitter. WTF????

Woops, then I realized I had him set to a 6 IP max. What a maroon!

LOL. Yeah, I wish there was a bit of logic in that setting. I mean, when you're up by 10 (or throwing a no-no!) you're not going to pull the guy right?

OTOH, it would have been a miracle for Sanchez to complete the no-hitter.

Especially considering that I lost the game 3-0 in 13 innings. The no-no made it into the 8th when Trevor Rosenthal relieved Dan Otero and gave up a single to the first batter he faced, Dee Gordon.

Wow, You only have 9 guys left to play! Has anyone ever seen so many injuries that a pitcher had to start in the field?

No, haven't. It's my understanding HAL will not injure another player when a team has 9 players only.

We bounced back, at least for one night) against Semper. Ironic since by record he's got the leagues best team.

Yeah, thanks for knocking Semper off! That really closed up the race in the Central. Looks like three team race right now, but Big A is only a hot streak from getting into the race too.

Interesting to know that Hal has that setting. I wasn't sure about that.

Wow, Big A is -16 in one run games!

Ouch.

On the other side of the coin, AK is +11 and Smoke and Jeep are +8

Everyone else is relatively close to .500

Donaldson (2e22) has 17 errors and only 21 x outs from 39 chances in 68 games played (84 team games).
