The lower picks seem to be high in the correlated comedy quotient.

I have an idea the direction Tom will go in picking his Franchise, so I'm already thinking division placement. There will be an all-AL division, and all-NL division, and mixed division. This is how I usually set up divisions in the other ALTS.
