Is there a roster limit in this league in addition to the salary cap?

1) Each team must carry no more than a 40 man roster. In the event a transaction sends an owner's roster above the 40 player limit, said owner will need to list the released player(s) upon confirmation of the transaction. However, if an owner has less than 40 players due to uneven trades, the owner cannot bring his roster to the full 40 until the Spring Free Agent draft or another uneven trade in their favor.
2) Teams will be required to follow SOM Online Roster guidelines for their Active roster
3) Remaining players will be considered as Inactive and not count towards the team Salary Cap.
4) There are no limits to transactions between an owner's active and inactive rosters except those internal to the SOM game engine.
5) Each team is set up with a $120 million dollar salary cap; we will have to police ourselves on this as SOM's lowest drop penalty is 5%, so we will require a higher salary cap in order to allow for changes to SOM roster throughout the season
