When we go to timed slots, is it like this:

10:00am - x
10:30am - y
11:00am - z

Or is it like this:

Play x - Up at 10:00am, 2 hours to pick
Player y - 2 hours start at 12:00pm or 2 hours after Player X selects, whichever is sooner

Or is it something else?

It may depend on the phase of the moon

10am-10pm eastern time. One hour time slots. You can pick if the time slot before you has selected (or their hour expired). The owner sitting after the 9-10pm can select if pick hasn’t been made by 10pm. I send them times out usually between 11pm-12am for the next days slots. Also, if an owner has consecutive picks both will be made during the hour slot.

I prefer this style to the other. Makes less missed picks by folks IMO and easier to not worry about constantly checking in.

Not sure I've ever seen that outside of a 1st round in some leagues.
