I’m not opposed to it.
And or reverting to a standard prospect must be signed by a team as opposed to the current rule of being able to draft anyone including high school players.
And maybe even a cap on # of prospects although this would have to be phased in.
Although I do like being able to keep a prospect until they have a card rule.

It was proposed last Jay and failed but I don’t know if there’s a limit on how often something is proposed

I get my leagues and rules mixed up, so my apologies if this is a moot point.

I'm looking for ANY 1Bman (doesn't need to be his first and best position...just anyone that can play 1B in this 2019 Strat set) and I'll give you SP/RP Brad Peacock in exchange. Peacock is good against right-handed hitter - as usual - as he's a 9R on pitcher balance. So if you could use a righty killer then let me know.

If anyone has a list of prospects on rosters now, I would appreciate if you would share.
