Many ways to change this to get draft moving. Planning on Monday 1hr windows, a round a day should be completed. I will be sending an email out as well so everyone knows what is going to happen.

1hr assigned times will start on Monday 10am-10pm, I will post the night before the times for the next day (likely between 9pm-10pm), who ever is up next can pick before their time, but one cannot be skipped for 'timed out', until the next time has occurred (i.e., if your time is 7pm, then the whomever is at 8pm, cannot pick until 8pm or the 7pm has been picked). This should help get through at least 12 picks per day.
