Time to vote on the following, all would be effective with year 2020 (ie, next year).

PLEASE USE QUOTE FUNCTION TO COPY THIS DOWN WHEN ANSWERING THE QUESTIONS

1. Shorten supplemental draft from 3 to 2 rounds
2. Shorten prospect draft from 3 to 2 rounds
3. Able to draft anyone who played in MLB (currently rules stated for carded players only, so there are some players who played but did not carded so cannot be drafted in FA or prospect drafts, I propose that these players are eligible for FA draft and not prospect draft).

For each to pass, 8 'Yes' votes are needed.

Format - answer 1, answer 2, answer 3
Example MANAGER X - Yes, No, Yes

MEAT
bigmahon - Yes, Yes, Yes
edub1969 - Yes, No, No
nyhawk129921 - Yes, No, No

There are enough votes in now that the only rule change effective in 2020 will be shortening the supplemental round to 2 rounds.

Other outstanding items:
1. Turtle - owes 1 drop as roster is at 41

Looking for a SP. I have some pretty decent bats available to trade. Obviously, the talent would need to be equitable as Bregman would take a LOT more than Turner, etc. Package offers always a consideration. Not really looking for Picks. Need to upgrade SP for upcoming season.

3B:

Bregman - 3B-1 E16
Turner - 3B-2 E19

1B:

Aguilar - 1B-4 E6
Carpenter - 3b-4 E20, 1b-3, E19

SS/2B:
Swanson - SS-2
Barretto - 2b-4 E18 SS-4 E25 (still a punk kid - 22 years old)

OF:
McCutcheon - RF-3, LF-3 E2 (-1)
Renfroe - LF-3, RF-3 E14 (-3)

A cornucopia of solid relievers to throw into the mix:
Betances, Dellin
Chapman, Aroldis
Edwards Jr., Carl
Hand, Brad
Iglesias, Raisel
McHugh, Collin
