Wow, after nearly sweeping Jeep last night, we get swept again at home by Smokey. We have completely fallen apart. In large part because Betances is just getting crushed lately.

Getting shutout by Taillon and Carrasco (with relief help) doesn't help. :(

Wow, this is incredible, our free fall continued. Semper swept us at home :( We've blown a big lead by going 4-16. Semper has gone 15-5 over the same stretch. We are now tied for first. The worst thing is that after a 3-6 road trip we went 2-10 at home. This is pretty crazy. Hoping something will change cuz it ain't going well now. Gonna have to shake some things up I guess.

After tonight's games we have a 4-way tie for the WC spot, and the last place team is only 5 games out. Should be a wild finish!

Wow, these races have really tightened - especially since Joe's ratings came out! In the Central and West, the team with the best run differential is in last place.

You mean since my team forgot how to win a series. :( We've lost 9 of 10 series with four sweeps. We are worthless and weak evidently. Nothing like playing .233 ball.

Joe probably got drunk after last night's series, being held to 1 run in each game, all low scoring games. Sorry Joe.

Yeah, that was pretty ugly we left a LOT of guys on base in each game.

Actually, I've reached the point where I just don't know what to do or say. Just don't care right now. <shrug> Nothing I can do.

I know this team isn't this bad, no team is this bad, we're on a 34 win pace (.212 win pct) over the past 11 series. We've won one of those and gotten swept five times. There's not much you can do but cringe every night and wait for the dice to even out.

'Right fielder Bryce Harper had 3 base hits and 6 RBI as the Bonn Braumeisters crushed the Hudson Valley Renegade hawks 22 to 1.

Harper had a big day with his bat. He stroked a single plating a run in the 2nd inning, laced a one-base hit bringing in a run in the 7th inning and doubled clearing all three ducks off the pond. in the 8th inning. Bonn bats were very productive in the 1st inning with 7 runs on 3 hits, the 2nd inning when they had 5 runs on 6 hits and the 8th inning which saw them plate 5 runs on 6 hits. Overall Bonn out-hit Hudson Valley 23 to 5.

Jake Arrieta(13-7) picked up the victory, allowing 1 run in 5 and 1/3 innings. Julio Urias(3-7) suffered the loss. 'Thankfully we got ourselves a win', Arrieta said. 'It's great to be back on the winning side of things.''

Wow! Don''t know if one of my teams ever scored so many runs in one game. It's just a ray of light in a so-so season. Sorry, nythawk!
