also, I finally got around to updating the Individual Stats leaderboards. They are now good through all 2020 card seasons....so just missing this last season we just concluded.

When do I cut prospects ?

not until before next year's seasons. We play 2 seasons with each set of Strat cards. Your prospects don't need to be cut/promoted until next Spring.
