So I have a question about our teams during the regular season.

If we have a 30 man roster (not counting our prospects), and we can only have a max of 28 players on our rosters, the other 2 players (assuming they are all carded in this set) remain in the free agent pool, correct?

So do those other 2 players still belong to us all season long?

And, can we drop / add among our 30 players without penalty during the season? Is that "legal"?

Yes, the players are on your league roster and no one but you can use them during the seasons we play. Yes, you can promote/demote players on your 30-man roster during the season.

So can I pick at 10:01PM? Or do I have to wait until morning?

you can pick when you are up. if guy before you picks, you are up. If guy before you has his time run out, you are up.
