Splinter - one caveat. Because other teams are only able to drop two after season 1, that's what I think that you should be able to do. Drop two and either promote one and one round of supplemental draft or two rounds of supplemental draft without a promotion - your choice. Rules don't allow dropping more than two between seasons 1 and 2. Sorry for the confusion.
