New Franchise League Load em up

Question:

What if your franchise high card player is drafted by and awarded to another team who made a pre-emptive selection of him on the chance you didn't protect him. How can that be proven - that you had selected your franchise high card player, but the pre-emptive draftor selected him higher on the auto draft card.

True it would be difficult to prove he was not left off card...but I believe in the players in this league will honest state if the player was snagged incorrectly. I will assume that if a player is snagged incorrectly in auto draft like a lost puppy he should be returned to his proper owner.
