Setting up a new Theme League. It will be called US Regional Theme League.
Team will be selected by a players' birthplace, as found in
http://www.baseball-almanac.com/players/birthplace.php

No foreign-born players. We WILL use Negro Leaguers, based on their place of birth. Negro Leaguers by State will be listed below.
Only players found on your state or region may be used (more than one state in a region)
This is a "do your own research" league, though we will check for compliance. Make sure the player listed is actually the player you think he is. There is more than one Ted Williams or Eddie Collins, for example.

Did we decide that managers can use any park at all or just any park in his assigned region?

I don't have a preference, but want to make sure I follow the rules.

Also, are we going to name our teams in a way that will signal which region we have?
