Dave, you are correct Belt was not a prospect. It doesn't affect anything other than bookkeeping on my end. No worries.

Yep no promotion neededWell, I guess I'm reinterpreting the essence of the rule, basically it's to be sure no one has more then 15 picks which in both cases is true.
