Yeah dispersal draft is a minimum of 26 rounds, but if the 4 guys participating want to go more it could go up to 31. Basically it's to get them a roster that would have them ready for the spring draft without having to do cuts. They will also each wind up with one prospect.

While we are talking trades, I have a little depth at CF with Adam Jones and Dexter Fowler. I'll entertain offers for Fowler, I'm looking for a frontline SP, so those that are interested, send me and offer.
