Actually this deal puts mlbphan at 11 prospects. league rules state a max of 10, so he;ll either need to drop one or promote one.

so cleaning up this mess mlbphan will cut OF-Hyun Soo Kim & promote the newly acquired prospect pitcher Frances Martes to the 40 man roster.

Well not exactly, your 40 man active roster sits at 38, due to various trades you've made, so for now Kim stays put and Martes is moved to active status, making your roster 39.

***NOTE***
so cleaning up this mess mlbphan will cut prospect pitcher Cody Reed to make room for prospect pitcher Frances Martes on the prospect roster therefore keeping the active 40 man roster at it's current 38.
