In the Pre-Card Draft Keeper League, there was a lengthy discussion about the supplemental draft and the delay in the start of the 2020 MLB season. In that league, it was decided that if/when MLB starts its 2020 season, they will hold a supp draft at the half-way point and then play the 2nd 2019 Strat season after that.

Shall we do the same in the CLV?

Congrats to our playoff teams. This league continues to have a refreshing variety of contenders. Every franchise has made it to the playoffs and, in 17 seasons, only 2 franchises have made it to the playoffs more than half of the time.

This season is no exception, as 3 of the 4 teams in the playoffs were not there last season. Special mention goes to bigmahon. This is his 6th visit to the playoffs in 9 seasons in the league. He has not won a title here yet, but has a stunning average of 94 wins per season. Way to go, Chris!

The almost total lack of response seems to imply agreement with this concept. Unless there are objections, we will begin our supplemental draft one week after the PCDKL starts the supp draft there.

Terry, I think we are all flexible to go with whatever you would like to do. For me, I'm not traveling like I used to, so I find myself on my computer at home 12 hours a day. I'm available for whatever.

BUMP==I have to believe there isn't a second season.

PCDKL decided to wait until the end of the abbreviated MLB season before holding a supplemental draft.

I'm OK with a Supp Draft and a second season. I preferred the other leagues in which we started the Supp draft around game 30. With the season ending, the Supp Draft is now the first rounds of the spring draft.
