It doesn't matter. Whoever has the most Ca$h is welcome!!

I did not even get to vote on my own proposal. So when we are running the Congress I say I get to be Speaker to make it up to me .All in favor say AYE.

So is starting roster size 26 or 28? Scanning rosters I see both.

26 active and un-injured from game 1 through game 132, and then 28 after that
