Also, once a pick gets skipped, that offending manager may make his pick at any time with no effect to the current clock.
Example.. Manager A gets skipped at 5 pm. Managers B and C pick at 530. Manager D is on the clock till 730. Manager A makes his pick at 610. Manager D's clock is not reset to 810. It stays the same at 730.

Division assignements for our 1st season, will be 1,4,7,10...2,5,8,11...3,6,9,12 Divisions for the 2nd season this year, and all years, will be by record, 4 worst teams, will be the East, for playoff teams, will be West, Central will be the other 4. Ties broken by run differential.

I'm up and need clarification. Can a player who had AL card for this set, Carl Crawford for example, but is now with an NL team, be drafted? If I don't hear from someone, I'll pick
