From Rule 8:The commissioner can veto trades which include draft pick(s) that will occur more than 1 season into the future.

I added this last year when a similar trade was made. Go ahead and rework this.

I should have made the pick-matching contest run over 36 or 48 picks instead of 24. With 24 it's a matter of the early birds get the choice guesses. Next year.
