OK. I can't find a third player I'd like to cut anyway so I'll cut 2 and have just 1 pick.

Yup. He can make promotions if he so chooses. But no picks. That’s like awarding him extra rounds and the rules state three rounds only.

Ok. 3 cuts needed Keith. Promote your prospect(s) with your "picks" if you choose once we get drafting.
