As seanreflex noted, this trade does not appear to be valid after processing the earlier confirmed trade between tim and sean because tim no longer has a 3rd round pick to trade to Turtle.

Tim's first two trades in the flurry of deals have been updated in the Googledoc.

It does look like Tim acquired a 2021 3rd Rd FA pick in the trade with DC Irish; I just wanted it clarified that the 2021 3rd Rd FA pick I was getting was Tim's ... his deal with Turtle can still be valid if he's giving up DC Irish's 2021 3rd Rd FA to Turtle.
