Those players on your roster, as tracked by the Googledoc, are yours. You can pick up or release from your 30 players any time during the season as you see fit. You will not lose a player on your 30-man roster unless you trade him away or are forced to drop someone as a result of a trade that puts you over 30 players.
On that same token, you may not add any player that went undrafted to your SOM roster. You will have an opportunity to draft up to 2 players from that pool of unclaimed players during the Supplemental draft between SOM seasons. Other than that, those players are off limits to all.
