If someone knows better than please correct me, because I'm not 100% sure on this, I don't use Google drive for anything.

I think you would have to download a copy of the league doc and then upload it to your Google drive in order to access it there. But the League Doc is already saved in the cloud and since it is updated frequently, your best bet for viewing it is to use a browser like Chrome or Firefox and favorite the link.
