Currently our rules for divisional assignments are not well stated. I would like to replace them with the following which are pretty standard in KL's:

Divisional assignments for each Season will have the 4 playoff teams from the previous season playing in the East. In Season 1 of each season, we will use remaining teams combined W-L from the previous year's records to determine Central and West. In Season 2 of each season, we will use remaining teams W-L from the Season 1 to determine Central and West.

Let me here your comments. If there is no overwhelming outcry against I will make the change on the rules tab.
