It's sometimes challenging to gauge what a player like deGrom or Ohtani are worth when you know their injuries are going to impact their performance, their ability, or both. Swapping them for each other maybe cancels out some of that risk ???

It'll be fun watching to see where Ohtani lands this winter, and what the payout is. Palmtana, that might be your next game here. Instead of guessing total number of games in the world series we can guess years and dollars on Shohei's next deal!
