According to the google doc, HK Mossy and WjS each have 29 guys. Please check your rosters guys and let me know if I am missing 1 or if you need to add a guy.

Bradford was drafted by Boblues in rd 4. so who am I missing from your roster?

You don't have anyone missing. When you thought my roster was full, I don't think it was. I think you projected my roster as being full by round 10, while you still had Bradford on my roster by mistake.
