Nope. Only players with no mlb experience are eligible for the prospects draft.

Seriously debated both Cruz and Story before taking lead off man extraordinaire Fowler. those picks hurt.

I almost took Story last round, but trying to make sure I have future picks and picks needed for this season.

Come on guys, wake up! This draft is really dragging now, we were doing so well.

I know the rules that I made set a 3 hour time limit per pick for the entire draft. If everyone is OK with it I would like to make change to reduce that time limit to 2, 1 1/2 or 1 hour per pick, depending on what everyone in the league thinks. Please let me know what you think and if we are all in agreement, we will institute the change starting as soon as we all agree on the change.

I'm all for speeding it up. Maybe Bill(Niners) could chime in, I'm sure at some point it becomes too quick for people to check in.

OTOH. Part of the problem is the clock starts over a:fter each pick. If you assigned times that do not move, then all a person has to do is check in a few minutes before their slot. example
10:00 am - mgr A
10:15 am - mgr B
10:30 am - mgr C
etc

Again, I don't know if this would work online. But it does work in most of my CDROM leagues

I actually think assigned time slots would be the best way to go as long as everyone agrees on making the change. The reason I chose 3 hour time slots is for the exact reason you mentioned about the time clock starting once the last pick was made. Gives a person time to check in without having to check all the time. So, lets see what everyone thinks about switching to assigned time slots.
