I don't think players like Puk, Rosenthal etc. will be eligible for supplemental free agency either. It's still going to be the 2020 free agents that didn't get signed that we will be bidding on with the same thresholds in place. They won't be eligible till next January free agency and only if they meet the 30IP/50AB in 2021. That's my understanding of it.
