Quick update...taking longer for me to get all the data into the file than anticipated (people not following the format I asked cuts to be listed didn't help

I've also run into some discrepancies to be fixed (dropping too many, not enough, promoting players not on your team, etc..). Once I have it all untangled, I'll be able to post update. Hopefully I'm past the rough part!
