"Back to the Future" league needs one owner - 1999 season

Outside of the ‘live draft’, this league uses all the standard settings and 1999 will be its third season. 11 of 12 owners are returning from the 1986 season. It's a good group of guys. We need one more for the 1999 season. It's not a keeper league so every season we play will be an even playing field. The plan is to continue with 2007 after the 1999 season wraps up.
