is a franchise league just taking the 86 team you choose as is and playing it?Or is there a supplemental draft or some other twist?

Play as is, no supplemental draft unless it becomes a 24 team league so that the teams with lower salary rosters can compete. Salary Cap is 80m so loaded Rosters will have to choose which players to include. The twist could be allowing trades.
