Yes, starring Ron Howard's brother Ken Howard and Dennis Weaver. You still see Ken Howard all the time in bit parts in movies.

And yes, I know about Gibson's rep. Just thought there was a specific story. When I Googled Bob Gibson and "what do you want" there are just a bunch of stories about him and his motor home (first was a gift from Auggie Busch on his retirement).

He appeared as a henchman in some Batman episodes and also appeared in a Gilligan's Island episode.

Just looking at the '65 numbers, I would say Joe Morgan was more deserving of the Rookie of the Year however.

Yup, Lefebrve was a henchman to Frank Gorshin's Riddler in one of the episodes.

Loved the Batman TV series. My 19 year old son appreciates some of the campy humor from both the TV show and the movie. He recited one yesterday (from the movie): Riddle: What weighs three ounces, lives in a tree, and is very dangerous? Robin: A sparrow with a machine gun.

OK, three to go! I am in AND my run differential is still +0! That "+" has me pretty optimistic! 8-)

Now that you mention that, I can remember seeing I think it was Drysdale and another Dodger on a Leave It To Beaver episode.

Yeah back in the day, those LA athletes were always mixing with the Hollywood crowd, getting in cameo appearances in a lot of tv shows. The earliest I remember are Don Drysdale and Sandy Koufax on the Donna Reed Show.
